Meet Cesar Gonzalez

Cesar is a real estate professional in the Greater Los Angeles area. His uninterrupted experience of over 16 years in real estate has taken him through the mortgage industry, re-development and property development. His extensive experience allows him to provide valuable insight to buyers, sellers and investors of real estate. Cesar’s goal is to provide each and every client with a personalized and unique approach to their real estate needs, while exceeding their goals and expectations. Cesar strives to build relationships that last a lifetime. He is a true believer in the American dream, which gives him the drive and passion to help other families achieve their goals through home ownership. Clients can rest assured knowing they will be guided throughout the entire process until keys are delivered, while also helping with any other real estate portfolio needs throughout decades to come.

Cesar’s early exposure to digital marketing for global brands is one of his many unique qualities that differentiates him from others. This experience has allowed him to develop the vision and research skills to be well informed prior to advising his client of a potential move. He strongly believes that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them of the process while anticipating their needs, so his clients feel well informed prior to making an executive decision. He is honest, often times telling his clients what they might not want to hear, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and trends. Cesar offers a full-service experience that doesn’t end when escrow closes.

Cesar holds a real estate broker’s license. He is a member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), helping with the leadership of the KW Encino-Sherman Oaks office and a graduate of multiple KW BOLD programs. He is also a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BHGLAAR) and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR). Cesar is the volunteer President of the Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (FIRE) Alumni Chapter of his alma mater. Cesar graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance and International Business from California State University, Northridge.

Felix Santos

Felix Santos has partnered with Cesar Gonzalez Properties and is currently the administrative assistant for the company. He is a Senior at a local university and majors in business management while pursuing a minor in marketing as well as studying to become a licensed real estate agent. He has been working under Cesar’s leadership since 2020 and has implemented consistent marketing strategies to help the company’s clients get more exposure on their listings and helping buyers receive a white glove home search experience. He also assists in maintaining relationships with past clients, friends and family by creating and sending beautiful email campaigns and managing the company’s database. His ultimate goal is to take on a leadership position by opening his own brokerage and is dedicating himself to CGP to gain an on-the-job experience of what it takes to succeed and thrive in the real estate industry.

Zach Pomer

Zach Pomer started his Real Estate career during his Sophomore year of college in 2016 when he joined Keller Williams Studio City as an assistant to a top agent in the office. Gaining valuable insights into the complexities of a real estate transaction and helping to implement proven systems, Zach aided that agent in tripling her business during the fiscal year and within 8 months was promoted to the Marketing Director of the Keller Williams Encino-Sherman Oaks Office. As the Marketing Director, Zach is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the agents and the office. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, branding of numerous subsidiary companies, social media, print advertising and website development. He is dedicated to creating unique and personal real estate solutions for the Cesar Gonzalez Properties brand.

Demetra Kalivas

Demetra Kaliva is a San Fernando Valley native. She was born and raised in Northridge. In 1993, Demetra started her career in real estate after 15 years in banking where she advanced quickly from the teller window to President’s Assistant and, eventually, to operations. In real estate, Demetra has a vast knowledge of Real Estate Investment Advisory, Acquisitions, Dispositions and specializes in Residential Real Estate Contracts and Compliance. Demetra has managed Real Estate offices for over 20 years and is currently the Managing Broker for Keller Williams Realty, Encino-Sherman Oaks. She has a stellar reputation throughout the San Fernando Valley as one of the most knowledgable brokers in the area and is a full-time resource for Cesar Gonzalez Properties

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Monica Hernandez

Monica Hernandez is the transaction coordinator for Cesar Gonzalez Properties and functions as a liaison between all parties, including clients, escrow companies, lenders, etc. during the process of a real estate sale. She regularly updates & maintains communication with clients, agents, title officer and lender on the status of any outstanding or necessary documents and submits all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance. Monica effectively manages the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale and her keen attention to detail helps ensure that all documents are filled out correctly and submitted to corresponding parties in each transaction.

Gaby Thompson

Gaby Thompson found her passion for Escrow at the age of 19 when she working as a receptionist at a local Real Estate office in Los Angeles. With her meticulous attention to detail and her inspiring work ethic, Gaby was given the opportunity to work as an escrow assistant and was quickly promoted to Senior Escrow Officer for Beachwood Escrow. After honing her skillset with years of practical escrow experience and working along some of the top Escrow officers in all Southern California, Gaby joined Keller Williams Realty and their in- house Escrow, Mulholland Escrow. When they branched off to Wonderland Escrow, Gaby was a critical component of the company’s growth and has been loyally serving them ever since.

Juan Carlos Andrade

JC is a results-driven Mortgage Loan Consultant with diverse experience in residential financing.


He’s been working in the Mortgage Industry for over 7 years and is committed to helping hos clients get the best rate at the lowest price.

He employs a creative approach to deliver the maximum return on investment for his clients. He prides himself in continuously provide outstanding customer service.

 

LOAN OFFICER

John Peterson

Buying a house is a team sport.   John loves helping home buyers navigate the approval process and teaming up with Cesar to give options to buyers, review ways to make their offers standout and even calling listing agents to help get your offer accepted. 

 

John feels fortunate having an extensive education and over 20 years of experience in lending (FHA/VA, Conventional, JUMBO, renovation and Reverse mortgages). After studying Finance and Real Estate in college he completed a year-long training program with a national lender and spent the next 5 years assisting 30-50 homeowners daily in their call center. 

 

When he’s not working, John enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys.  John enjoys hiking, running, mountain biking, snowboarding, coaching youth sports, participating in Boy Scouts and playing both poker & backgammon.
